A private graveside service celebrating the life of Nancy J. Howard, 66, of Columbia will be held on Monday, December 27, 2010 in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. The family has entrusted Greenlawn Funeral Home with the arrangements Mrs. Howard passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2010. She was born in Rome, GA to the late W.T. Ortwein and Mildred Sentell Ortwein. Surviving are her loving husband of 41 years, Roy Q. Howard, Jr.; a daughter, Tina Marie Howard; sons, Charles William (Kerry) Howard and Roy Howard, III; a sister, Julie Connor; brothers, Jimmy Ortwein and Tommy Ortwein; and 5 grandchildren.
