Nellie Elmore Daniels, 80, of Haines City, Florida passed away on April 11, 2014. She was born on March 29, 1934 to John and Mertis Curby Elmore in Opp, Alabama and moved from there to Haines City in 1948. Nellie had worked for Haines City Citrus Growers Assoc. and was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Haines City, who also loved to spend time with her grandchildren and other family. Nellie was predeceased by her husband, Earl Daniels and she is survived by her children, Randy (Karen) Daniels of LaBelle, Florida, Wayne (Renay) Daniels of Las Vegas, Nevada, Kathy (Charles Griggs) Daniels of Haines City, Florida, Hope (Kelly) Callihan of Haines City, Florida; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. A visitation will be Monday from 2:00 pm until the funeral at 3:00 pm at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City with Jerry Elmore officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice 2590 Havendale Blvd, NW Winter Haven, FL 33881.
