Oliver Thomas Shock, Jr., 74, of Venice, FL, died on April 24, 2015. Oliver served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Survivors include his wife, Gloria, of Venice, FL; daughter Ginger (David) Sirois of Granite City, IL; step-son James Prestia of Lakehurst, NJ; aunt, Barbara Shock of Nokomis, FL; uncle, Donald B. Wilson of New Freedom, PA; grandchildren Paul, Ashlee, Joshua, J.T., Jacob, and Nicholas; great grandchildren, Peyton, Jasmine, Caesar, Trevor, and Rhys; and two nephews, D. Randall Kirkland and Daryl Kirkland. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Roberts, sister, Flora Blackburn, and his step-son, Russell Prestia.
