Oscar is survived by his wife, Silvia Torres; his daughters, Jessica (Elfonso) Alvarez, and Rosalba (Julien) Torres; his sons, Oscar Hugo (Evangalina) Torres Jr., and Omar (Gabriela) Torres; and his grandchildren, Oscar H. Torres Jr., Chrispher, Julio, Diego, Anahi, Daniel, Jordan, Emma, Alyssa, and Aaliyah. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rodolfo and Refugio Torres. Services pending.
