Panagiotis Nikolopoulos
February 4th, 1939 - January 25th, 2021
Panagiotis Nikolopoulos, 81, passed away on January 25, 2021 at Venice Memorial hospital. He was born in Greece in 1939. Panagiotis emigrated to the U.S. in 1968 where he met his wife, Argiro Stavrianopoulos in New York. They celebrated 52 years of marriage in June. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three children, his daughter, Eleni Conti, and her husband, Thomas of East Meadow, his daughter, Ariadne Vomvolakis and her husband, John of Greenwich, and his son, George Nikolopoulos of Long Beach. Panagiotis also leaves behind four beloved grandchildren, Isabella Conti and George, Peter, Nicholas Vomvolakis. Panagiotis will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him, for his kindness, laughter, and gentle nature. The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, those that wish to remember him in a special way make a memorial donation to St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church in his name.
