Patricia Rae Johnson
May 24th, 1937 - December 19th, 2019
Patricia "Pat" Johnson, 82, of Cloquet, passed away December 19, 2019 in St. Luke's hospital after a brief illness. Pat was born May 24, 1937 in Duluth, MN to Lloyd and Julia Lindquist. She graduated from Morgan Park High School in 1955. on July 16, 1955 Pat married Ronald "Bobo" Johnson in Duluth. Pat worked for various places over the years, including S&L Department Store, Burger Family Shoe Store, Cloquet Public Schools in the kitchen and also served as an Election Judge. Pat was a longtime member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Cloquet. Pat enjoyed spending time with her family at their cabin on Murphy Lake in Northern MN. Per Pat and Bobo's request, they will be united again at the family cabin as their final resting place. Pat was a kind and caring person who will be forever remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and trusted friend to all. Pat was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald; and special friends, Rose Larson of Esko and Barb Painter of Cloquet. Pat is survived by daughters, Terri (Tom) Rumfeldt of Brule, WI, Judy Johnson of Cloquet, Beth (Bob) Sikorski of Jacksonville, FL; sons, Jeff (Shelly) Johnson of Cloquet, Bruce (Brenda) Johnson of Mahtowa, Dan (Stacey) Johnson of Mahtowa; sister, Margaret "Peg" Hammack of Seattle; brother, Sonny (Barb) Lindquist of Cross Lake; 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. The Johnson family wishes to extend a sincere "thank you" to the 2nd floor hospice staff of St. Luke's Hospital for their loving and comforting care of Pat. Visitation: 12:00 p.m. until the 1:00 p.m. Memorial Service Friday, January 10, 2020 in Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 615 12th street, Cloquet.
