Patricia "Patsy" Glasscock of Auburndale passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the Good Shepherd Hospice House in Auburndale. She was 82. A native of Moore Haven, FL, born March 28, 1934 to Lawrence and Jackie Kemp Shaw, Patsy has lived here her entire life. She was a Homemaker, loved flowers and gardening, and the outdoors. Patsy had a great sense of humor. She was a member of the East Temple Baptist Church. Patsy is survived by her husband of 65 years: Charles Glasscock; her sons: David Lee Glasscock (Hope) of Colleyville, TX, and Charles Randolph "Randy" Glasscock (Patricia) of Winter Haven; and her daughters: Donna Brockstedt (Charles) of Lakeland, and Cathy Carver (Harvey) of Auburndale. Patsy also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Family first-incredible love for her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, April 4, 2016 from 9 to 10 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral services will follow at 10 AM. Interment will be at Auburndale Memorial Park.
