Paul Grant Odegaard, 68, of Cromwell, MN went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 14, 2003 in St. Mary's Hospital, Duluth, with his family at his side. He was born in St. Paul on November 30, 1935 to Robert and Stephanie (King) Odegaard. He graduated from Rush City High School in 1953. On July 20, 1956 he married Paulette Barbara Marier in Rush City. Together they raised 3 children in the Fridley area. In 1984 they moved to Cromwell to enjoy their new lake home. Over the years he worked for several companies as a Tool & Die Maker/Machinist and later went on to own his own company, P&O Tool. He retired in the late 1990's. Paul was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Cromwell and was an active financial supporter of the Christian Children's Fund. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Paulette in 1993; and his first-born grandson, Jeremiah Rogholt in 1984. He is survived by and will be deeply missed by his daughters, Robin (Jerry) Kitchenmaster of Brook Park, Roberta "Bobbi" (Jedd Morton) Odegaard of Franklin, GA; his son, Chris (Lynn) Odegaard of Wright; grandchildren, Samuel, Stephanie and Tara, of GA; Craig of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Rachel of Brook Park; Grant and RaeAnn of Wright; step-grandchildren, Cheryl, Jeremy and Dana of Brook Park; great grandchildren, Matthew, Zachary and Samuel of GA; sister, Margie McCluskey of Endeavor, WI; brothers, Robert, Jr. of Rush City and his twin brother, Peter (Jean) of Finlayson; brother-in-law, Lloyd Marier, Jr. of Minneapolis; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial Service 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 20, 2003 at Bethany Lutheran Church, 5560 Highway 210, Cromwell. The family will receive friends two hours prior to services. Inurnment will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Northland Funeral Home, Cloquet.
