Pauline "Par" Matilda Twaddle, 66 of Cloquet died Monday, November 12, 2001. She was born February 20, 1935 in Cloquet to Theodore and Clara (Locke) Hubbell. She graduated from High School in 1953. During the early 1950's, she worked at Potlatch. For the majority of her life she worked cleaning houses. She also worked at Larson Commons. Pauline married Mick Twaddle on February 28, 1998. During the Christmas season in 2000, Pauline worked at Bergquist Imports. She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Scanlon and a member of the Ladies Aide. She was also a member of the Ladies Get Together Club which is the oldest club in Cloquet. Pauline enjoyed doing quilting at church and she loved to play scrabble and do puzzles. She was very giving and loved her family very much. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mick on December 22, 1998 and a brother, Van Hubbell in 1950. Pauline is survived by her children, Cheryl (Dwight) Engler of Harris, Minnesota, Randy Sheehan, Dale (Fe) Sheehan, Scott (Kelly) Sheehan and Jeff (Danielle) Sheehan all of Cloquet; sisters, Maralene (Fred) Carlson of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Lois (Brad) Johnson, Cookie (Jim) Jaakola of Cloquet, Rita (Paul) Vonasek of Brooklyn Park; brothers, Glenn (Lauren) Hubbell of Vancouver, Washington, Leslie Hubbell of St. Cloud, Lee (Margaret) Hubbell and Louie (Sharyn) Hubbell both of Cloquet; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation was from 5 to 7 PM Wednesday, November 14, 2001 in Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St. in Cloquet and continued from 10 until the 11 AM service Thursday, November 15, 2001 in Bethel Lutheran Church in Scanlon. Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cloquet. Arrangements entrusted to Northland Funeral Home, Cloquet.
