Due to weather conditions, the service and visitation have been changed. Visitation will be Friday, February 14, 2014 from 2-3:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The service will be held at 3:00 p.m.(NEW TIME) Friday, Feb. 14, 2014 at the funeral home. Pedro "Pete/Cris" San Nicolas Crisostomo, 73, of Blythewood passed away February 7, 2014 in his home. He was born March 9, 1940 in Inarajan, Guam to the late Joaquin M. and Joaquina San Nicolas Crisostomo. Pedro Crisostomo served twenty years in the U.S. Army and was a POW of the Vietnam War. After serving in the Army, he spent his spare time enjoying his hobbies such as hunting, fishing and the outdoors. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Troy Crisostomo, and brothers, Juan San Nicolas, Jose San Nicolas and Joaquin San Nicolas Crisostomo, Jr. He was the husband of Betty Jean Crisostomo, father of his daughter, Deborah Diane Crisostomo Fail (Herbie) and sons, David Crisostomo (Sheila), and Richard Crisostomo. Surviving are his granddaughters, Jordan Fail, Hailey Crisostomo, Hayden Crisostomo, Allison Lee, and Emily Crisostomo and grandsons, Richard Crisostomo Jr. and Dalton Crisostomo; sisters, Angie Villagomez and Ana Atoigue; brothers, Vincente Ben Crisostomo (Vickie), Rofino Crisostomo (Mary); sister-in-laws, Julia, Patricia and Ruth Crisostomo; as well as many nieces and nephews. A funeral service for Pedro San Nicolas Crisostomo will be held on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 3:00 P.M., at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209, with The Rev. Dr. Anthony P. Giunta and Rev. Jimmy Parris officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 2014 at the funeral home. The family will be receiving guests following the service at their home.
