Peter Dennis Reed, 48, of Carlton, died Friday, October 17, 2003 in Mercy Hospital in Moose Lake. He was born September 3, 1955 in Cloquet, the son of Donald and Mary (Lynch) Reed. Pete was employed in the area and loved to garden with his yard always being in bloom. Pete was preceded in death by his mother, Mary; and his step-mother, Marian Reed. He is survived by his father, Donald of Cloquet; a sister, Karin(Larry) Towslee and her family of Carlton; two brothers, David (Brenda) and family of McGregor and Terrence (Ginney) and their family of Princeton and many special friends. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, October 20, 2003 in Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St. in Cloquet where visitation will continue from 10 until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service Tuesday, October 21, 2003.
