Ralph is survived by his wife Jo Rice, son Win Rice (Alisa Rice), and Ralph’s only grandchild Mia Rice who all reside in Castle Rock, Colorado. His daughter Leah (Michael) Hicks, reside in Edmond, Oklahoma. Burial to be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery for intimate family only.
