Our handsome, hardworking father will be missed more than any words can convey. Every single day he put his family first.
He was born on October 6, 1946 in California and moved to Florida as a small child. After graduating from Melbourne High School in 1964, he married his soulmate and enlisted in the US Air Force.
He began his career as an engineer in the electronics industry. Later, he carried on his parents' business; owning and operating a custom drapery work room.
Our father had many interests throughout his life. Fishing, camping, travelling the world and model railroads were some of his many passions. But his commitment and love of our mother truly overshadows all else. Their love story is truly one for the ages. Their relationship was a beautiful example of what a marriage should be.
Our father was kind, generous and patient. He was always the calm voice in a household of women. He never complained. He was a man of few words, but we never questioned his love for us. Actions speak volumes. He had the most beautiful green eyes we have ever seen. His legacy continues as our family rejoices in welcoming his great-granddaughter, Alexandria Ann Clary in November.
