Robert William Caldera, 64, of Venice, Florida since 2003, formerly of Carlstadt, NJ, passed away at home on March 21, 2024. Employed as Sr. Survey Party Chief at Stantec Engineering in Lakewood Ranch. Bob enjoyed riding his electric bike and kayaking. Being with his family was his greatest joy. Husband of Lucy Moline. Devoted Father of Joni Caldera-Contreras, husband Nelson. Loving Grandfather of Michael, Halo, Nico and predeceased by Rocco. Beloved brother of Laurie DeTorres (Richie), Judy Griffin (Michael), Annette Wells (Bill), Bobby Lamanna, and Barbara Lamanna and many loved nieces and nephews. A funeral service and cremation was held on April 2, 2024 at Kimak Funeral Home in Carlstadt, NJ. A celebration of Bob’s life is planned for June 9, 2024, from 10 am -2 pm at the Pinebrook South Clubhouse, Featherbed Road, Venice Florida.
