Robert “Bob” Hogan passed away peacefully at his Venice, FL home on November 22, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Carole, children Terry Miller, Laurie (Kenneth) Wenner, Lorene (John) Cantwell, Robin Chambers, Kevin (Amy) Rohm, sister JoAnn Regan (Gerry), thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many relations in Northern Ireland. Bob is preceded in death by his first wife Sandra Hogan and his son John Daniel Hogan. Bob was born in Philadelphia on May 16, 1936. He served 52 years as the Superintendent of Cedarbrook Country Club in Blue Bell, PA. Never a golfer himself, Bob’s favorite past times included attending and entering car shows and walking miles and miles every morning around his neighborhood. He was an avid car enthusiast and collector and he heavily favored Ford. His many cars earned him first place prizes at numerous car shows. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Farley Funeral Home, Venice, from 9 – 11 am with a service at 11. Burial will be at Venice Memorial Gardens following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St Francis Animal Rescue of Venice, FL or Wildlife Center of Southwest Florida.
