Robert P. Latham 5/30/1930 – 8/15/2010. Survived by his wife, Susan E. Latham, brother, Bud (Joyce) Latham, sons, Robert W. (Wendy) Latham, Jay Latham, daughter Nance Rosendahl, numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents Albert H. Latham and Edna (Danks) Latham; sister Willa Rae Latham. Bob was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from East High School, attended Western State College and served in the Army for 2 years active duty and an additional 3 years in the reserves. Bob was self-employed with an Advertising & Public Relations firm for over 25 years. He worked with the Golden Gloves, 2 metro area Philharmonics, the DAV and Paralyzed Veterans of America among other groups. He helped to start the St. Patrick’s Day parade in Denver and worked with it for years. Bob moved to the mountains in the late 1980’s and with his wife Susan first owned and operated a Towing company, ‘Grand Mountain Towing’ and then a Touring & Taxi company, ‘Mountain Goat Tours’, for several years. Services to be held at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Tuesday August 31 at 3:00 p.m., staging area A.
