Robert Gordon Linehan passed away on May 11, 2015 at his home of 44 years in Denver, Colorado. Bob was born in Brockton, Massachusetts on October 31, 1940 and moved to Colorado in 1969. He graduated from West Bridgewater High School in 1958. Bob served his country in the United States Air Force from 1962 – 1966. He learned the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning trade while in the Air Force. In the years that followed, he became an accomplished and respected business owner and HVAC technician for over 47 years. He enjoyed golf at Kennedy Men’s Golf Club, woodworking and building beautiful furniture, and staying up to date on all the latest audio, video, and Apple technology. Bob was well known by family and friends to be a “Jack of all trades, but master of ALL” by helping and teaching others how to do it yourself. He will be sorely missed by all. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Colette Gene (Krause) Linehan, his four daughters: Sherri (husband Kirk) Wells, Shelli (husband Jimmy) Little, Pamela (husband David) Tessier, and Victoria (husband Michael) Swansegar, and his sister and brothers: Jane (husband Bill) St. Lawrence, Warren (wife Dottie) Linehan, and Richard Linehan. He also leaves behind five grandchildren: Brandon, Elizabeth, Haley Jo, Caitlin, and a grand daughter due to arrive on July 4th. A military graveside burial service will be held on May 21st, 2:00pm at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Staging Area “C”. Proceeding will be a small gathering with refreshments from 3:00 – 5:00pm at VFW Post 9644 located at 2680 W. Hamden Ave., Englewood, CO 80110.
