Hello, I’m a former student of Mr Schaefer’s. He was such a Great, incredible teacher. Full of humor and great stories of his adventures - I remember him sharing how he once ate a full meal on the bottom of a swimming pool, with a waiter, struggled with getting the food weighted so it wouldn’t float away as he ate, as part of a televised competition. He was full of great stories, full of life, I was sad when he left our high school and went to teach at another high school but also thought how lucky the other kids were going to be to get his humor and way of looking at the world. Tall, larger than life, booming voice, great person. Thanks for being there and teaching us!!!!
