Robert C. Williams

Robert C. Williams passed away April 8, 2010 at his home with his family at his side. He was born August 24, 1922 in Rouse, CO to Lewis and Josephine Williams. Robert served in the Army from 1942 to 1945. He went on to be a plumber and became a member of Fitters Local 58 Federal Credit Union on September 21, 1951. He retired September 1, 1987. He married Ruby Hammock September 2, 1946 in Colorado Springs where they spent 46 years together. He is survived by his son Gale and wife Connie; granddaughters Tacey Williams, Brittany Hopper, Bridget Campbell, and Krista Trujillo; sisters Esther Kruger and Elsie Roberts and brother Jim Williams. Bud was preceded in death by his wife Ruby and daughter Patricia Williams. Bud had a great love for the PBR, horses, hunting and fishing. He was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses February 14, 1959 and served Jehovah faithfully until his death. The memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1150 Crandall Dr, Security, Co on Saturday April 17, 2010 at 2:00 P.M.
