Rodney Lee Chisman, 54, died on November 7, 2018 in Calhan, Colorado.He was born on June 12, 1964 to Gene Scott and Goldie "Yvonne" (Lippard) Chisman in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Rodney was raised in Ellicott, Colorado where he attended 1st through 12th grade at Ellicott School. His profession, welding and mechanics, was in his blood having learned from his father who learned from his father before him.He was a member of the Friends of "Rotten Rod" Club.Rodney is survived by his mother, Yvonne Chisman; his sister, Marna Booker; and his two brothers, Kevin and Mark Chisman and their families.Memorial Service, 2:00PM, Sunday, November 18, 2018, The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.In lieu of flowersplease make memorial contributions toFarmer's State Bank in support of acommunity Flag PoleMonument project to be constructed at the Ellicott FireDepartmentonHighway9 inEllicott.
