DAVENPORT - Roger Dale Pemberton, 50, of Davenport died Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at home. He was born January 21, 1962, in Springfield, Ohio, to Elmer and Pearl (Cochran) Pemberton. Mr. Pemberton was at home outdoors, especially when able to go fishing, hunting or boating. He was predeceased by his parents and is survived by his wife Rosalie Pemberton; son Larry Wayne Hines of Lakeland; step son John Wesley (Angela) Horne of Fort Paine, Alabama; step daughter Priscilla Horne of Davenport; brothers Billie (Lela) Pemberton of Ironton, Ohio, David Pemberton of Ashland, Kentucky, and Mike Pemberton of Ironton, Ohio; sisters Pam May of Ashland, Kentucky and Cathy (Tim) Spears of Ironton, Ohio; and grandchildren Scott, Summer, Trey, Ashley, Skye, Trevor and Ryder Horne. Visitation will be Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 5-7PM with Funeral Services Sunday, September 16, 2012, at 12:30PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care Haines City. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to oakridgefuneralcare.com.
