Rolando G. Tobias 58 of Winter Haven past away on August 8, 2019 at his residence. Born in the Philippines, he came to the area in 1989 after retiring from Armaz Chemical Co. He was a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Rolando is survived by two sons Price Rolando Tobias and Roland Bryan Tobias. Daughter Shine Tobias; brothers Romeo and Danilo Tobias. Sisters Corazon Hon, Imelda Hayden, Leticia Endurt, Cecilia Nilo and two grandchildren. Family will be receiving friends from 2-3pm on Saturday, August 17th at Oak Ridge Funeral Care Funeral Services will begin at 3pm.
