Ruby Lester Webb

RUBY LESTER WEBB
Ruby Lester Webb, age 105 passed away peacefully and went home to be with her Lord on July 4, 2024.
Ruby was born on June 27, 1919 in Boise City, Oklahoma to her parents Lester and Belle Zora Brown. She was the youngest of 7 daughters. Ruby was the All Star Forward on her basketball team in high school. She also went to beauty school and cut hair before meeting Morris at a dance hall where they won a dance contest! Ruby & Morris married on March 23, 1941 in Clovis, NM and raised 5 children.
Ruby & Morris were faithful members of First Assembly of God church in Clovis for 50 years. Upon retirement, they took to the mountains where they vacationed every summer, which was their favorite thing to do! Ruby loved playing the piano, Solitaire and Skip-Bo or working on a puzzle with her grandchildren or great-grandchildren. Ruby was known for her love of God and His Word and daily prayer for all of her family.
Ruby is survived by her loving children Beverly McCune, Rebekah (John) Braten and Mark (Pollyanna) Webb, as well as her grandchildren Michael (Cynthia) Twillman, Debra Rice, Christine (James) Egloff, Candace (Bob) Moya, Camille Tuttle, Preston (Faye) Webb, Kelsey Webb, Benjamin (Catherine) Braten, Bethany (Marco) Echartea, Akeara (Gabriel) Kitts, Derek (Brooke) Webb, Keyawna Webb, Rekiah (John) Long, Kaleb (Brianna) Webb, Zakary Webb, Majestik Webb and Jakoda Webb. Ruby also leaves behind 36 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
She was proceeded in death by her loving husband Milton Morris Webb her two children, Sharon Webb and Randall Webb as well as her grandson, Robert Twillman.
Ruby Webb was loved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed!
