Cooper, Russell Frankie Sr. 71, of Mesa, AZ passed on May 16th, 2014. He was born at home near Okemah, OK. He was preceded in death by parents Sam and Bessie Cooper, also Minnie Fixico, all of Oklahoma. Richard and Ray Cooper of Arizona. He is survived by siblings Ety, Steve, Kelly, Sanford, Larry and Roberta. His children Rhonda, Russell Jr., Ronald, Robbie, Michael and Michelle all from Mesa, AZ. And many loving relatives and friends. Tuesday May 20th @ 6:00 pm wake service at Ferguson Memorial Baptist Church 1512 E. McDowell Rd in Lehi. Funeral will be at same location on Wednesday May 21st @ 9:00 am. Immediately following funeral grave side service @ Mesa cemetery 1212 North Center street, Mesa, Az 85201.
