Ryan Benjamin Keith Hernandez Resident of Colorado Springs, CO Age 29, went home to be with the Lord on September 4, 2012.A native of Hayward, CA, Ryan is survived by his spouse, Lora Hernandez, his two daughters, Isabella and Aalliyah Hernandez, his father and mother, Jonathan and Callie Hernandez, his brother Jeramy Hernandez, his sister Reina Hernandez, grandparents, aunts, uncles and many cousins. A memorial service will be held Friday, September 28 at 11:00 AM at Bay Hills Community Church, 25830 Gading Road, Hayward, CA 94544. Pastor Raoul Robles will officiate. Ryan Hernandez served in the U.S. Army, rose to the rank of Sergeant, and was a veteran of the Iraqi War, serving two tours of duty in the 1st Cavalry Division. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Wounded Warrior Project (www.woundedwarriorproject.org) or Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
