Sadie Rodriguez
October 24th, 1963 - February 7th, 2022
A mother, you were just a girl so many years ago you had your loves and had your dreams,You watched us come and go. You watched us make the same mistakes that you had made before but that just made you hold us tight.and love us all the more, we haven't always thought about the things you have seen. To us you've just been a "MOTHER" no thought of who you've been but we remember now in love your life from start to end and we're just glad we knew you as a mother. Oct 24,1963 a beautiful baby was born her name was Sadie Rodriguez She was born in west Denver colorado. She was a middle child. She had a unique and amazing personality. She had good parents. She didn't have a easy life. It was hard in so many ways. The obstacles she had to overcome made her the person she was at the end of her time. The journey she had was so beautiful. The time she talked about her mother cooking homemade tortillas everyday she would come home from school. The time she talked about her first apartment she got with her sister Annette, was unforgettable she would talk about them getting pizza all the time. Also the fun "lady's night" she would have with all of her sisters. She would even bring up how she would play football with her little brother. The memories she would share about how she meet the love of her life. She went to Job corp, she had so many friends. These friends helped her meet her husband(Oscar) the fun date nights they had turned into marriage. She enjoyed the love they had. How ever the best moments in her life was becoming a parent. She has 2 girls (Sadie and Janie) and 3 boys(Chris, Matt and Oscar) When she became a mother it was so special. She would tell us her daughters is the most wonderful thing any woman should go through. While she was growing her little (big) family she learned to love so much more then she ever thought she could. She had a big loss when her husband Oscar died she learned to be a mother and a father for all 5 of their kids and her oldest grandson. It was one of the hardest obstacles she had to face during her life. However she did a wonderful job. During the time passing through the years she became a wonderful grandma to more grandkids. She might of not had her soulmate next to her during that time but she enjoyed every moment of it. Her greatest moments in life was seeing her oldest grandson (Luis)become a father, making her a great grandmother. That's all she wanted to reach in life is see her great grandchildren and she did. As time passed the day that came to soon to some. February 7,2022 was good bye from her to all of us. She leaves behind her 5 children (Sadie, Chris, Matt, Janie and Oscar) and 13 grandchildren (Luis ,Isabel ,Christopher ,Maribel ,Felix ,Gabby ,Milca ,Zanie ,Matt, Zayla,Carlitos,Maddy and Amaya) and 4 siblings ( Brenda, Annette,Edward and Gloria). It's not a forever good bye she is with us all everyday in her own little ways. When the moments come we all can hear her voice telling us what we need to hear not what we want to hear. As god holds her hand through the next journey she is with her mother father and husband holding her great grand daughter waiting to walk every step with her.
