Sadie G. Romero passed away in Thornton, Colorado on October 19, 2016 at the age of 85. She was preceded in death by her husband; Tony Romero and son; Tony Romero Jr. , her parents Santiago and Candelaria Gallegos, brothers Joe & Jesse Gallegos, Raymond and Jake Ortiz. She is survived by her children, Theophus Edwards and Georgia Romero, siblings, Herman Gallegos and Jenny Romero; in-laws, Mary Gallegos and Ida Stines; grandchildren, Tino & Chrystal Romero, Nicole & Jason Ruscio, Tiffany Romero, Sherise Sanchez, Shelina Sanchez and Isabel Maes; great grandchildren, Jason, Malana, Olivia, Jude Ruscio, Sophia Estrada, Olivia & Madeline Romero; nieces & nephews, Rose Sanchez, Loretta & Tony Barela, Sadie Lopez, Christine & James Sandoval, Jessica, Dave, Phiffer, & Regina Gallegos, Irene Gallegos and Michelle Gallegos. Preceded in death by her husband, Tony Romero; son, Tony Romero Jr; parents, Santiago Gallegos and Candelaria Ortiz; siblings, Joe & Jesse Gallegos, Raymond Ortiz and Jake Ortiz; grandmother, Juanita Rodriguez. Sadie loved the Bronco games, going to Central City and was a very smart business women , compassionate and very generous. Visitation will be Friday, October 28, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. with service to begin at 11:00 A.M., both to be held at Romero Family Funeral Home, 4750 Tejon St. in Denver.
