Sandra Kathleen Vander Heyden , 65, of Winter Haven , Florida passed away June 18, 2021 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center Lakeland, Florida . She was born on June 17, 1956 in Clearwater , Florida to Scott Sr and Connie (Wilson) Austin. Sandra is survived by: husband Jerry Vander Heyden, son Eric (Audra) Vander Heyden, brothers Scott (Brenda) Austin, David Austin, Vernon (Kelly) Austin and Michael Austin, sisters Donna (Gary) Bristow, Stephanie Dickson and Brenda (Stacy) Woodard, 13 nieces and nephews, 8 great nieces and great nephews, and numerous other family members. Sandy was a loving mom, wife, sister and friend to many. For many years, Sandy worked as a chiropractic technician alongside her husband serving the military community. She lived a great life caring for and raising a wonderful family. All whom loved her dearly and will never forget her tenacity, charm, grace and undying love and care for them. Please join us in celebrating her life on Saturday morning June 26th at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church in Winter Haven, FL.
