Scott Gabriel was a close family friend growing up. He took care of my brothers and I for many years and became an important figure in my childhood. Scott was a gentle and caring guy and someone you could trust. When he came to watch us, we were always ecstatic. The moment my parents left he would start with, alright alright, what moooovie are we going to watch tonight?? Followed by a trip to the store to get the best popcorn, which we would compliment with lots of candy and soda and the best water from the depths of the earth. Scott was an everything is the best kind of guy and his passion for spread to all of us. I still find myself mimicking his mannerisms decades later. Scott, you will be missed. I dont think a single one of my brothers nor I will forget you. Rest in piece, and as your 1990s phone always said, In God We Trust.
