Shane Austin Rivera
November 13th, 1966 - December 21st, 2021
Shane "Shane'O" Rivera was born in Alamosa, Colorado to Connie and Gilbert Rivera on the 13th of November 1966. He entered eternal life on the 21st of December 2021. He is proceeded in his death by his mother, father and grandparents. He is also survived by his siblings, Mona (Steve) Beaudoin and Marc (Sandy) Rivera, his children Phillip Rivera, Derek Rivera, and Shanna (Vinnie) Baca, his grandchildren, Jiselle, Julian, Vincent, Valentino and Leilani. Shane was known as a social butterfly as he enjoyed making conversation with anyone. He would tell stories and reminisce of old times. No matter how many times you heard the same story, he had a smile on his face and his eyes lit up. You would never come across a person like Shane. He would give to others even when he didn't have much himself. He had so much love to spread and enjoyed time with any and everyone, even if it was just fishing at a nearby lake. He loved fishing and had every fishing pole color that you can imagine. Fishing was a hobby he grew to love and live for. His kids and grandkids were the light in his life, if he can show them off to the entire world he would. Shane was a one-of-a-kind soul. We will always remember Shane for the loving kind soul he was. May he Rest in Peace. Previous Events Viewing JAN 7. 1:00 PM (MT) Romero Family Funeral Home & Ft.
