Stanley Paul Broom, 56, of Winter Haven, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Winter Haven Hospital. Born December 5, 1962 in Winter Haven, he lived here for most of his life after moving back here from Bonifay Florida where he graduated high School. He was a Truck Driver and attended Lake Shipp Baptist Church in Winter Haven. He enjoyed reading, listening to music, and watching movies and sports. He is preceded in death by his mother, Flora Belle Stanley Broom, and his father, Alvin Broom. He is survived by: his wife of 15 years, Lynn Broom; a step daughter, Amanda Radford of Winter Haven; three grandchildren, Brayden, Marshall and Kaytelynn; his step-mother, Eloice Broom of Bonifay, FL; two sisters, Cynthia Polston and her husband Lavon of Eagle Lake, FL and Sarah Miller of Alabama; and a brother, Glenn Broom of Bartow, FL. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations in his name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Condolences may be sent at www.oakridgefuneralcare.com.
