Stephen Roland Sherwood

Stephen R. Sherwood, 88, of Winter Haven, Fl died Monday, July 23, 2012 at Clare Bridge of Winter Haven due to heart failure. Born January 18, 1924 in Shelby County, Missouri he moved to Winter Haven in 1988 from Remington, Indiana. Mr. Sherwood was retired from Bank One and a member of Beymer Memorial United Methodist Church in Winter Haven. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Force and served in WWII and was a past member of the Masonic Lodge and Shrine Club in Indiana. He is survived by: his wife of 65 years, Lois; a son, Scott Sherwood of Carmel, NY; a brother, Dean Sherwood of St. Charles, MO; a sister, Elizabeth Winter of Ray Town, MO; and 3 granddaughters.
