Steven Carl Rowe

Steven Carl Rowe, 63, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away December 23, 2020.He was born January 12, 1957 in Moab, Utah to Herman Carl and Margaret Marie (Miklich) Rowe.Steve went to Fruita Monument High School and graduated in 1976, after high school he attended Colorado State University where he graduated with his electrical engineering degree. He worked as a hardware engineer for Hewlett Packard for fifteen years, had numerous awards and found himself involved in politics and humanity causes with his sister.Steve enjoyed religious history and studies, he also enjoyed working with his family and spending time with his friends and loved ones.He was the kindest, most generous, and loving man I have ever known. Steve was the best buddy, supporter, brother, and son anyone could ever ask for. He came into this world with humble beginnings and was the first sibling to earn a degree in the family. Steve was non-judgmental and many times would give the coat off his back to those in need. He's one of God's favorites and is a role model for me and everyone who was blessed to know him. Steve's tennis shoes will never be filled, his smile and love for his mom, brothers and sisters cannot be beat and he has left a hole in our hearts that can never be mended. Steve was so loved and will be missed immensely.He is survived by his sister and best friend, Marsha Ann Looper; brother, Marshall Rowe; sisters, Dianne Lloyd, Carla Stone; and mother, Margaret Rowe.Steve is preceded by his father, Herman Rowe; and grandparents, Bernice and Lawrence Thompson, and Mary Miklich.Until we see Steve again, he flies with the wings of angels and is in the presence of the Lord.
