October 12th, 1932 - September 4th, 2012
KISSIMMEE - Our Lord called home his loving servant, Theodore Homjak on September 4, 2012. He was surrounded by his wife and family. Theodore was born October 12, 1932, in Ambridge, PA to John and Helen Homziak. He graduated from Ambridge High School in 1951. That same year, he married Marie Dacko and together they raised three children, Linda, Theodore Jr., and Gregory. For many years, Theodore worked for the Boilermakers Union #154. Marie passed away in 1973 and Theodore later married Elizabeth Kowal. He loved camping, deer hunting, and fishing with his sons, son-in-law and nephews. Theodore dedicated his life to serve the Lord and others. He was an active member of St. Ann Catholic Church where he served on several committees, and participated in community ministry programs, and was a catechist for the confirmation class. Theodore was also a 3rd Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council #10484 in Haines City, FL. He also served as a volunteer fireman and a scout leader for the Boy Scouts of America in Ambridge. The world is better for his having lived and sharing his life in so many ways. We are all blessed to have known him.
