Theresa Ann Monroe, 56, of Ocala, FL, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. She was born in Camp LeJeune, NC to USMC Theodore and Edith Monroe. Theresa moved to Ocala from North Carolina around 1968. She was a homemaker and mother, and enjoyed the beach, kayaking, fishing, arts and crafts, music, and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her daughter Nina (Chris) Pieron of Ocala, son Kyle (Susan) Reed of Ocala, 3 grandchildren; Mason, Paisley, and Hoyt, sister Diane (Troy) Coleman, nephew Xion Coleman, and her significant partner Cecil Pieron. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 1, 2021, at Central Baptist Church in Ocala, 1714 SE 36th Ave. 34471 Online condolences can be made at www.hiers-baxley.com.
