Thomas Frank Cline, Sr., 75, of Andrews, NC, passed away Friday, December 23, 2022, in Augusta, GA. He was the husband of Nancy C. Cline and formerly to his late wife, Anita Burnette Cline. Born December 31, 1946, in Lynchburg, VA, he was the son of the late Vincent Earl and Edna Mabe Cline. He was a member of Quaker Memorial Presbyterian Church, a Vietnam Veteran, and a retired First Seargent in the United States Army as well postal carrier with the U.S. Postal Service. He was predeceased by his first wife, Anita Burnette Cline and now survived by his second wife, Nancy C. Cline; one son, Thomas Frank Cline, Jr. of Rustburg, VA; one daughter Melissa “Missy” Cline Taylor and her husband, Kevin, of Columbia, SC; one stepson, Randy Mathis; two sisters-in-law, Kay Cline and Dawn Burnette; five grandchildren, Collyn and Michaela Taylor and Bradley Taylor of Columbia, SC; Jonathan and Katlyn Grissom and Brittany Cline of Virginia Beach, VA; and Christopher Cline of Georgetown, KY; and three great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at Diuguid Waterlick Chapel with Rev. Richard Goodman officiating. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
