Thomas "Tommy" Roston Gantt
January 22nd, 1954 - November 28th, 2016
Thomas "Tommy" Roston Gantt, 62, of Lexington, SC passed away peacefully with his family by his side on November 28, 2016. He was born in Lexington, SC to the late Charles Lindburg Gantt, Sr. and Dorothy Lee Grant Gantt. Tommy is a longtime resident at the Babcock Center at Leaning Pines House in Lexington. He was blessed to have such wonderful, caring staff. He loved listening to Johnny Cash and Christmas music. He was a lifelong member of the Fellowship Baptist Church. He loved his church family. He will be missed by all the lives he touched. Tommy is survived by his brother, Chuck (Mary) Gantt of Lexington, SC; and sister, Judy (Rick) Clegg of Lexington, SC; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Fellowship Baptist Church in Lexington on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 1-2 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Gibson Cemetery in West Columbia, SC. His family would like to thank the entire staff at Babcock Center for their unconditional love and care throughout the years.
