He passed away February 5, 2011 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.Victor was a loving, kind-hearted, giving husband, father and grandfather. Although he is gone he will never be forgotten. Now he will be our guardian angel, forever protecting us from harm and bringing peace to our hearts. He will be missed from now until eternity.He is survived by his wife, Lucy Rocha; daughter, Debbie Rodriguez and husband Gabriel; son, Anthony Rocha and wife Promise; grandsons, Gabriel and Nicholas Rodriguez; mother in-law, Teresa Bueno; and father in-law, Tony Bueno.A Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM Sunday, February 13, 2011 at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E.
