Wade J Grice, 77, of Lakeland, FL passed away on Monday, Feb. 29, 2016 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Born March 6, 1938 to Harry and Mildred Enfinger Grice in Ashford, Alabama. He moved to Florida in 1945 as a young boy and has lived in the area most of his life. He was a carpenter and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Preceded in death by his wife Bobbie Grice in 2006, he is survived by: 2 sons, Rickey A Grice and his wife Carolyn of Lakeland, FL and Bradley S Grice of Lakeland, FL; a sister, Annette Wilkes of Lakeland, FL; 5 grandchildren, Leslie Medcalf, Alisha Hensley, Kelly Grice, Ryan Grice and Sarah Grice; and 2 great-grandchildren, Rylee Medcalf and Colden Medcalf. The family will receive friends from 9:00am till 10:00am, Friday, March 4, 2016 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
