Wanda Marie Rose, 64, of Cloquet passed away at her home on Sunday, December 18, 2022. She was born on September 6, 1958 in Butte, Montana to Duane and Betty Rose. She worked as a nurse’s aid for many years, then she opened her own daycare. She loved being around children. Wanda always had her birds and flowers and loved all animals. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers-in-law, Michael “Pudgy” Couture and Leslie Dougherty. Wanda is survived by her sisters, Dianna (Mike) Couture, Peggy (Les) Dougherty, and Patty (Kerry) St Germain; one brother, Duane “Pete” (Becky Nynas) Rose; nieces and nephews, Michael Couture, Wannisa (Scott) Aho, Jessi (Crystal) Dougherty, Joshua (Missy) Dougherty, Jenny Johnson, Michelle Mullenix, Elijah Hauser, and Travis and Cody Hackensmith; and two special great nephews, Michael and Montgomery Aho. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Atkins Northland Funeral Home, Cloquet.
