Survived by his wife Kathy, sisters Joyce Lewis, Phyllis Tucker and family in California. Brother-in-laws, sister-in-law, niece and nephews. Great nieces Miranda and Morgan. Wayne was born in Denver, CO and grew up in California and Elizabeth, CO. He enlisted in the Army National Guard after High School. He attended Metro State and Red Rocks Community College. He worked in the Division of Wildlife of Colorado for 30 years. He enjoyed surveying and his work at the Division. Wayne and Kathy were married on July 6, 1985 at Holy Shepherd Lutheran Church. Skip enjoyed rafting, traveling, woodworking and especially collecting model railroad trains.
