July 19th, 1945 - June 13th, 2009
Willard “Will” Hope, 63. of Venice died June 13th, 2009. A Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 16th from 6-8 pm at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel. A Memorial and Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, June 17th at the First Baptist Church of Venice beginning at 3 pm. Inurnment will be at a later date at the Sarasota National Cemetery. Will was born July 19,1945 in Canton, OH. He was a member of the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was stationed at Ft. Knox, KY. Will was a devout Christian and a member of the The Gideons International. He also served as a Deacon for his church. In addition to his generous work with the church, he was an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan and never missed a home game! Will is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 42 years, June Hope, his daughter, Laura Hope and grandson, Christian Hope of Bradenton.
