View Video Tribute William Todd Floyd, age 48, of Venice, Florida, passed away on January 17, 2012. He was born on November 29, 1963 in Detroit, Michigan. He was the shipping/receiving manager for Cooks Springs in Sarasota, Florida. William is survived by his daughter, Sarah Floyd of Devon, Pennsylvania; a son, William Benjamin (Ben) Floyd of Devon, Pennsylvania; his parents, William B. Floyd and Ilene Floyd both of Venice; a sister, Janis Floyd Pierce of Venice; four brothers, David of Sarasota, Charles of Bradenton, Florida, Daniel of Safety Harbor, Florida and Gerald of Oldsmar, Florida. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Jeffrey & Robert. A visitation will be held from 4:00-6:30PM with a Scripture service to follow on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Farley Funeral Home in Venice. Inurnment will be private for the family. Farley Funeral Home in Venice is handling the arrangements.
