Willliam C. Newsom, Jr. age 50, a resident of Calhan was called home by his Great Indian Spirits on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at a local care center. He was a self-employed handyman who specialized in drywall.Billy was born on July 8, 1964 in Wichita, Kansas to the late William C. and Sue Ann (Peggram)Newsom, Sr. He worked on various projects throughout El Paso County.He is survived by his mother: Sue Ann Anderson of Colorado Springs; his brother: Ross (and Anna) Anderson of Simla; his aunt: Sarah (and Bob) Reinhart of Calhan and several step brothers and step sisters who are out of state.Memorial Services will be announced at a future date.
