David Malcom Kirkwood
October 12th, 1936 - June 26th, 2011
David Malcom Kirkwood, age 75, died at home June 26 from advanced Parkinson's Disease. Born in Hull, England October 12, 1935. He was the eldest child of James Arthur and Doris Clarke Kirkwood. He was a retired Boeing engineer and real estate investor. He is survived by his children: Steve Kirkwood and wife Cathy; Phil Kirkwood and wife Leann; Ian Kirkwood and wife Debra, parents of grandchildren Colin and Andrew; daughter Julia, and former wives Joan Kirkwood and Gail Kirkwood. Surviving siblings in Yorkshire, England are his brother James, sisters Jennifer Gooby, Jean Riseam and Pat Hogarth. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 5 pm on July 9 at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, Bellevue, WA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation or Evergreen Hospice,12040 N.E. 128th Street, Kirkland, WA 98034.
