It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of William Francis Fountain on May 31, 2024, in Melbourne, Florida. Bill, an Army veteran, was born on June 23, 1943, in Camden, New Jersey.
Bill worked a long, illustrious career in sales for Mack Truck Corporation and Harvey Mack. He loved to golf, exercise, swim, and do crosswords on his porch.
Bill is survived by his loving wife Shirley Jones, his son William Fountain, Jr., (Jen), daughters Lori Hahn (Jim), Tracey Simmons (Brian), Wendy McGraw (Michael), and Dawn Mueller (Chris); his grandchildren Billy, Drew, and Ryan Fountain, Zachary and Emma Hahn, Lauren Dietterick (Larry), Paige Williams (Daniel), Nicholas Grovola, Colby Kortas, Jake, Kyle, and Grace Muller; great grandchildren Anna Lee and Nash Williams, and Santino Grovola; and sister Barbara Pinto (Jimmy).
There will be a private memorial service for family and close friends on Saturday June 8.
