" June Elizabeth (Cary) Jubinville passed away at her Loomis Village home in South Hadley, MA on September 25, 2014. She was in the care of her loving husband, William F. Jubinville, to whom she was married in 1948 at the Mount Holyoke College Chapel. June was born on November 13, 1924 in Holyoke, MA to William Martin Cary Sr. and Lillian Dietel Cary. She was educated in the South Hadley schools, and was graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 1946. She worked briefly for AEtna Life Insurance Company in Hartford, CT and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company in Springfield, MA before setting up her home on Cold Hill in Granby. She leaves her two sons: Cary R. Jubinville and his wife, Susan Friedrich Jubinville of Granby and David W. Jubinville of South Hadley. She also leaves five grandchildren: William Jubinville of South Hadley; Kate Jubinville of Wethersfield, CT; Jeffrey Jubinville of Granby, Laura Jubinville of South Hadley and Robert Jubinville of Granby. June is also survived by her brother, William Martin Cary Jr. and his wife, Virginia, of The Villages, FLA. June was a sustaining member of the Junior League of Holyoke, MA and a member of the Granby Church of Christ Congregational. She was an excellent athlete, particularly in golf. She was club champion at both The Orchards Golf Club in South Hadley and The Plantation Gulf Club in Venice, FLA where she was a member for 60 and 30 years, respectively. There are no calling hours and services are at the convenience of the family. Beers and Story South Hadley Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. Donations may be made to the charity of one's choice."
