Vivian Trespas
March 1st, 1918 - January 24th, 2007
"Three Rivers- Vivian (Coyer) Trespas, 88, of Main St. passed away January 24, 2007 at home with her family by her side. Born March 1, 1918 in Three Rivers, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Dufour) Coyer. Vivian has lived most of her life in the Three Rivers area and was a member at St. Anne’s Church. She was a crossing guard for the Palmer School System and previously worked at Hood Rubber in Boston. Vivian enjoyed crocheting, sewing and mending for her family and making beautiful afghans. She was an avid Red Sox fan and her green thumb grew wonderful tomato gardens. Vivian was predeceased by her husband Henry R. in 2006 and will be greatly missed by her three daughters, Diane and her husband Aime Baldyga of Bondsville, Donna M. Trespas and her partner Timothy Sagear of Brookline, NH, and Debra A. and her husband Eric Kessler of E.Granby, CT. She also leaves siblings Olivette Coyer of Palmer, Alice Coyer of Belchertown, and Althea Soucy of Ludlow. Mim, as she was lovingly known as, leaves five grandchildren, Laura Blazejowski and her husband Craig of Belchertown, Joseph and Jeffrey Baldyga of Bondsville, Carrie St. Amand of Montgomery, NY, Shelley Douglas and her husband Mark of Granby, CT along with great grandchildren Remy, Olivia, Madelyn, and twins Brenna and Maya. Besides her husband and parents, Vivian was predeceased by her siblings Harry, Leo, Madeline, Louise and infants Paul Leon and Elva May. A memorial mass will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anne’s Church followed by burial in St. Anne’s Cemetery. Visitation will precede the mass from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Henry R. Trespas Scholarship Fund, c/o Country Bank, 191 Sykes St., Three Rivers, MA 01080. "
