Madeleine C. St. Aubin

"Madeleine C. (Pauquette) St. Aubin , 87, formerly of Riverview Circle, passed away on August 19, 2014 with her family by her side. Born February 5, 1927 in Three Rivers, MA, she was the daughter of Almanzard and Amanda (Houde) Pauquette. For 27 years, Madeleine lived in Brimfield, previously residing in Springfield. She will be greatly missed by her husband of 67 years, Arthur St. Aubin along with her children, Linda Nareau of Florida, Richard St. Aubin and his wife Deborah of Hampden, and Robert St. Aubin of Ludlow. She also leaves 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and siblings Aurea LaPlante of Agawam, and Helen Potvin of West Springfield. Madeleine was predeceased by her brother Raymond. She was a communicant of St. Thomas Church and active in the Palmer and Monson Senior Centers. Madeleine won numerous blue ribbons for her craft work at the Big E and also enjoyed playing Bingo. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Church with burial to follow. Friends and family are welcome to gather at the funeral home between 10-10:15 a.m. Donations may be made in Madeleine's memory to the Palmer or Monson Senior Center in her honor.
