"Palmer, Bryan M. Torres, 27, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 22. He was born in Springfield on August 18, 1989 and was the son of Malachi Torres and Andrea Deshais. Bryan was a graduate of Pathfinder and went on to serve his country in the Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He owned and operated Hometown Heating and Cooling and Hometown Transportation both located in Belchertown. He enjoyed long rides, trucks, soccer, camping, his cherished dogs and most of all, his family. All those who knew Bryan will miss his infectious laugh, enthusiasm, sense of humor and presence. He will be deeply and forever missed by his wife, Patricia Kane and children, Leanna and Kayla, his mother Andrea Deshais and her husband Andrew of Palmer, his father Malachi Torres of Springfield, siblings, Jordan and Spencer Deshais, Jazmin, Arycelis, Amarylis and Kiara. His grandparents, Joseph Guenette and his wife Louisa and Juan Torres and Ada Ramirez and many close relatives and friends also survive him. A celebration of Bryan's life will be on Sunday, April 30 at 3:00 p.m. at Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St. Calling hours from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. will precede the service.
